Very solid, Used Oak Table and 5 Chairs. Table is solid but very worn and needs resurfacing. 3 chairs are without arms & 2 have arms. One arm chair has a broken arm, but only needs a nail. Great for college kids, just starting out or those who who can refinish furniture. Those in need of a good table for CHEAP!!
